women into golf
was established by Kay Mahlook in 1997. It aims to provide women who work with opportunities,
skills and the confidence to play golf - at leisure or work.
A low handicap golfer with a background
in teaching and sports administration, Kay provides golf knowledge and a
practical, straight-forward approach which makes women into golf
very user-friendly.
She worked in golf administration for many
years conducting golf activities for women and girls. In 1992 she was named
as the Victorian Sports Administrator of the Year.
Kay realises there are many women who wish to play golf, but can't find
a way in. They might have had their six lessons but where to next? women into golf
provides the pathway and the destination.
